Before detailing all of the PoGO Tour: Kanto Special Research tasks and rewards, it is worth mentioning that there are some slight variations between the Red and Green versions. More specifically, players that purchase a Green ticket will focus on Bulbasaur, while those that purchase a Red ticket will focus on Charmander. Fans will see this reflected in the following list, which uses “Bulbasaur/Charmander” when relevant.

To note, players that complete all of this Special Research will also unlock the Kanto Masterwork Research, which will ultimately lead to an encounter with Shiny Mew in Pokemon GO. While not all of the tasks associated with the Masterwork Research are known at the time of writing, fans should expect them to be much more difficult to complete than those listed above. However, players that are persistent should eventually finish the All-in-One 151 Research and earn their Mew.
