One thing to note is Prime Day’s delay brings the day of deals increasingly closer to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, two days also known for their emphasis on electronics deals. This begs the question of which day will have the better deals or if the discounts themselves will bleed into one another. Consumers should keep an eye on any products on their holiday lists to avoid facing anything selling out, like the Xbox Series X is expected to, or having a better deal later on down the road.

As stated before, no deals have been made explicit as of yet. It’s possible we’ll see deals on various gaming subscriptions services like Game Pass Ultimate or discounts on current games, but that is only speculation. Fans should be patient these next few months and shop smartly with the many shopping days ahead.

Prime Day will begin at midnight PT on Oct. 13
